Bayou Classic commercial strength aluminum cookware features vented lids, heavy duty riveted handles, and perforated aluminum baskets. The Steam*Boil*Fry Pots have indention ring at the top that hold the basket 1-3/4" inches above the bottom for steaming or boiling. Use the basket for deep frying chicken, fish or hushpuppies. The basket is also used for steaming and boiling seafood, clams or vegetables.
Uses without basket include boiling soups, stews, gumbo, jambalaya and low country boil.
